Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of My Scene. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service in any capacity you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Introduction
My Scene ("My Scene", "we", "us") provides a software-as-a-service platform for artists, managers, agencies and labels. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order form or pricing page in effect, form the agreement between you and My Scene. We may update these Terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
Accounts & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You may not: reverse engineer the service, resell it without a written agreement, use it to send spam, upload malware or unlawful content, or attempt to access data that does not belong to your workspace. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page in EUR, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for the following renewal cycle.
Your Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you and your workspace upload to My Scene. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service. The My Scene software, brand and documentation remain our property. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
Warranties, Liability & Termination
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days; thereafter it is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. For legal notices contact legal@myscene.app. For all other questions contact support@myscene.app.
